Worn-out frying pans turn into stars and planets in "Devour" by Christopher Jonassen. The Norwegian photographer was inspired by the battered kitchen utensils in his shared home while studying abroad in Australia, and began photographing all of the old, scratched-up cookware he could find.
In an interview with GOOD, Jonassen said, "I think it's important to notice the beauty in the small things we surround ourself with everyday." Check out another photo from the series below:
