Mint is one of those herbs that just keeps on giving. My garden becomes overrun, if I don't find ways to keep using it. This year, I grew a gingermint. It was a new variety to me, but the flavor is a keeper. It tastes minty like peppermint, with ginger overtones, that come through in a recipe.
Now, I am adding it to all my teas and trying to bring it into my recipes as much as possible.
Here are 5 recipes that highlight mint in them. If you want to grow something that is foolproof, try mint!
