Rapper Rick Ross is the latest celebrity to add "franchise owner" to his resume. Ross will be opening his very own Wingstop in Memphis this fall. But his deal with the chicken joint doesn't end there. The Ross and Wingstop deal includes Ross opening a chain of Wingstops throughout the country.
“After tasting Wingstop's signature Lemon Pepper-flavored wings in Miami, I knew this was a franchise I wanted to add to my investments,” Ross said in a recent statement.
As an investor, Ross has even made a few changes to Wingstop's menu, adding items such as the The 9 Piece Meal, The Archie Bunker, and The Uhhh!.
Wingstop currently has 480 locations throughout the United States and Mexico.
