Warm up with this nutrient dense soup that's bursting with flavor.
Pumpkins are loaded with zinc and beta carotene, garlic supports immunity, and turmeric is an antioxidant-rich powerhouse.
1 small Pumpkin or half a large one (small pumpkins usually taste better)
A medium sized head of Broccoli (yes the whole thing – you won’t taste it that much)
large Bell Pepper
1 cup A of BPA free Organic Coconut Milk
Spring Onions (or one medium Onion)
1 teaspoon A of Organic Coconut Oil
1 clove of crushed Garlic
1 teaspoon of Turmeric (preferably high curcumin)
A splash of Fermented Soy Sauce
Cracked Pepper to taste
Pumpkin Seed Oil to finish (optional)
