Time to start restocking the pantry with seasonal foods! Right now, rhubarb is inexpensive and abundant. Why not make some of this Orange and Rhubarb Marmalade, for the pantry? It is perfect for toast, scones and of course, glaze for meats.
If you are new to canning and preserving, marmalade is the most simple recipe to make. It requires only 4 ingredients and a hot water bath, to preserve the finished jars.
