These homemade energy bars from Tasty Plan are a healthy snack. Packed with nutrition, these bars are made from a combination of cashews, almonds, and unsweetened shredded coconut and are brought together with honey and coconut oil. When you make your snacks at home, you don't need to worry about artificial sweeteners or preservatives- just wholesome ingredients. Make two batches of these energy bars to enjoy throughout the week.
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups cashews (chopped)
1 ½ cups almonds (chopped)
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 ½ cups sunflower seeds
1 tbsp poppy seeds
3 tbsp coconut oil
2/3 cup honey
1 tsp almond extract
pinch of salt
