These ice cream cone macarons from Raspberri Cupcakes are almost too cute to eat. Standard macaron dough (made from almond meal and egg whites) is piped into the shape of an ice cream cone. The macarons are then decorated with icing made from melted ice cream and crushed waffle cones. Not only do these macarons look like an ice cream cone, but they taste like them too!
