The cutting fruit play set from Melissa and Doug teaches children knife skills. This interactive toy features a wooden knife and seven pieces of sliceable fruit including a pear, kiwi, orange, and banana. In addition, when slicing, a "crunch" sound is made when the knife breaks the wooden pieces of fruit apart. This is a fun way for kids to be introduced to this fundamental cooking technique.
