Quiche makes a perfect holiday breakfast choice. It is quick and easy to prepare, just waiting to be placed into the oven while the presents are being unwrapped.
By the time everyone realizes that they are starving, the quiche is finished. There is very little clean up, and this tastes fabulous both hot or cold.
