These pop-up groundhog cookies will tell if you winter's here to stay or not. The cookies from Sandra Denneler require no baking - the cookie mounds are made of a classic cocoa and oatmeal combination and the groundhog made of a Tootsie Roll. The cookies are then dusted with icing sugar to create a more chilly look to the confection.
