1/4 Cup Earl Grey tea leaves
2 Tblsp.Light corn syrup
5 1/2 ounces Dark chocolate, melted, tempered (90 F/32C)
8 ounces Milk chocolate, melted, tempered (86 F/30C)
1 1/2 Tblsp. Butter (unsalted)
