This dessert totally looks likes a mug of hot chocolate, topped with whipped cream, but it's actually a decadent chocolate cake with hot cocoa mix in the batter! The cakes are baked in oven-safe mugs (or Mason jars) and layered to look like drinking chocolate.
The total genius home cook at We Lived Happily Ever After also put chunks of her favorite chocolate candy on top!
Ingredients:
Cake
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Flour
1/3 Cup Cocoa
1 Tsp. B. Soda
1 Tsp. B. Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Water
Frosting
1 Stick of Butter, softend
1/3 Cup Cocoa
1/3 Cup Hot Chocolate Mix
3 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/3 Cup Milk
