Palmiers, or "elephant ears," are traditionally sweet treats of puff pastry rolled into two cute curls. Before today, I didn't know you could make a savory palmier, but I'm a believer now. This olive and goat cheese palmier recipe is super flaky and gets a nice little crunch from toasted pine nuts. And with just five ingredients, this is the easiest palmier recipe ever.
