This simple recipe for sugar and spice nuts will become your next favorite treat! We like them served on the appetizer table as a handy snack, or wrap them in decorative containers and give as hostess gifts. They truly are easy to make and even easier to eat.

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice, Russian Mulling Spice or Bayou Blackening Balm
2 tablespoons water
3 cups pecan halves or walnut halves
