Southern California is experiencing one of many summer heat waves. I can't stand the thought of turning on the oven and the thought of cooking makes me avoid the kitchen entirely. All my meals are of the frozen variety including popsicles, ice cream, ice cream cake, and icebox cakes in general. Below are some of my number one recipes that are helping me and my family survive the summer.
