Commemorate the 2016 Summer Olympic games with this Brazilian feast inspired by traditional regional dishes. Brazilian food culture is as diverse as the people themselves with influences from Africa, Italy, Lebanon and of course, indigenous communities. This menu highlights two national dishes that are both stew-like and should be served with rice. Wash it all down with a zesty caipirinha and top off the meal with a sweet coconut truffle.
