Ingredients
1 cup
rice
5 1/4 cups
water
2
cardamom
( split open)
2 cloves
2 teaspoons
clarified
butter
1/2 cup
sugar
Preparation
1
Boil
the rice in 2 cup water until done .

Put a medium sized pan on stove and put butter into it .

When the butter gets
heated
, put cardomom and cloves into it .

Fry
them for 1 min , adds 1/4 cup water and when it starts
boiling
add sugar into it .

As sugar
dissolves
, add the
boiled
rice ,
mix
well.

Remove from stove .
