Brandy Alexander Brownies

Ingredients

6 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 square unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 tablespoons Creme de cacao
2 tablespoons Brandy
2/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Sweet Brandy frosting:
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon Creme de cacao
1 tablespoon Brandy

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 8" square baking pan with parchment or wax paper.

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs.

Mix in cooled chocolate and liquers.

Whisk together dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture. Combine thoroughly.

Spread batter in prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Combine frosting ingredients. Frost cooled brownies and cut into squares.
