Asparagus Stir-Fry

Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoons Oil
1 pound Asparagus, in 1" lengths
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok. Add asparagus; saute 1 minute. Add broth. Cover and lower heat; cook until tender, 3 to 5 minutes.

Drain. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Serve immediately.
