Ingredients

onion,
coarsely chopped
2 1/4 cups
low-fat plain yogurt
Salt
and
pepper
Preparation

Place the onion in a food processor and process to a
puree.

Next push the
puree
through a strainer and into a bowl.

Add the yogurt and
season
with
salt
and pepper.

Marinate
meat for 3-4 hours.
