Strawberry Mold

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Gelatin
4 tablespoons Cold water
3 cups Crushed strawberries
8 Thin slices angel cake
1 cup Whipped cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Diced marshmallows
cup Sugar

Preparation

Soften gelatin in water. Dissolve over boiling water. Cool. Combine berries, sugar, and gelatin. Fold in cream. Add vanilla. Pour into mold lined with slices of angel cake. Cover with marshmallows. Chill until firm.

Unmold. Garnish with whole strawberries. 8 servings.
