Gourmet Golden Squash

Ingredients
3 pounds Hubbard squash, peeled & cubed
1 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400.

Cook squash until tender, 15-20 minutes; drain.

Mash squash & stir in remaining ingredients.

Mound the squash mixture in an ungreased 1-quart casserole.

Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until heated through.
