Spiced Nuts

Ingredients

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons Kosher salt
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 pound each peeled peanuts, cashews, and whole unpeeled almonds (total 1 1/4 lbs.)
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Toss nuts to combine and spread on a cookie sheet.

Toast 10 minutes. In a big bowl, mix rosemary, cayenne, sugar, salt and butter. Toss warm nuts with spiced butter. Serve warm.
