Flava Flav is opening a new restaurant in Las Vegas. Called the House of Flavor, the restaurant will specialize in fried foods, such as fried chicken and shrimp, and offer items like red velvet waffles.
Flava's most recent attempt at a restaurant wasn't very successful. Last year, the rapper had to close down a restaurant in Iowa after four months. Flava, who was not involved in the day-to-day operations, said he found potato salad that had been expired for two months, while some employee paychecks bounced. This time around, Flava will be much more involved in the restaurant.
The eatery, described as a "celebrity-centric Las Vegas takeout" is set to open on March 15 on Maryland Parkway.
