Green Goddess dressing is full of bold flavors. This mayonnaise based dressing is pureed with green onions, anchovies, and parsley in the food processor. Toss your homemade green goddess dressing with potatoes for a dynamite salad or drizzle it over robust greens like Romaine lettuce. After making your own fresh green goddess dressing, you'll never want to go back to the bottled stuff.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 bunchs green onions
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
2 cans (2 oz.) Anchovy fillets
2 cloves garlic
2 cups mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1 piece lemon, juiced
