Roasted Butternut Squash and Sage Dip

1 pound Two (2) Butternut Squash, peeled, seeded and cubed into 1 inch cubes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 medium onion, roughly chopped
1 clove of garlic chopped
2 Anchovy fillets
