Buttercream Blondie has created another rockin' shamrock cookie recipe: Bailey's salted caramel chocolate cookies. In 2012, we highlighted her Bailey's shamrock cookies, sugar cookies sandwiched with an Irish cream and coffee filling. This updated recipe combines a chocolate Bailey's flavored cookie with a salted caramel filling. Each shamrock sandwich cookie is dipped into dark chocolate and decorated with the iconic green and white sprinkles. For baking instructions, click here.
