Smoothies have entered the food scene with no sign of going away. They have become an art form; getting as much nutrient dense goodness in a glass as possible, not forgetting that it has to taste good enough that you enjoy it every morning.
What we love about smoothies is that they are powerful health giving foods that are also quick and easy to make-even when we are up before we want to be. Our best tip is to prepare bags of ingredients and freeze them, so you have the items needed to throw into a blender at any time. It's a great way to stay on the health track, and enjoy a meal in seconds. We love them!
