Vegan Spinach Chickpea Burger
Ingredients
1 can chickpeas
1 large handful spinach
1 handful basil leaves
2 fat garlic glove
Juice of ½ lime
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tsp applecider vinegar
2 tbsp chickpea flour (sub: any flour)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (fan on) (355 Fahrenheit).

Mix everything well together in a food processor.

Once mixed together, form the mixture into 5 burger patties and place them on a baking tray aligned with parchment paper.

Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Turn them halfway through.

Serve them in a burger bun with your favourite toppings or have them with a salad. Either way, enjoy!
