SWEET POTATO WEDGES RECIPE

Ingredients

600 gr
sweet potatoes
30 ml
linseed oil (or any type of oil like extra virgin olive oil or melted extra virgin coconut oil)
1 pinch
paprika powder

Preparation

Wash and cut the sweet potatoes into quarters,to make wedges.

Place a baking or parchment paper on a baking sheet or other baking dish and spray with some non-stick cooking spray to prevent the wedges form sticking to the sheet.If you do not have non-stick cooking spray,grease the dish with some more linseed oil or cow butter.

Place the wedges in the baking dish.

Toss them with the linseed oil or other oil of your choice and sprinkle some paprika powder on the top of them.

Mix everything with hands.

Bake them for about 30 minutes on 200°C degrees.

Serve and enjoy the taste.
