Watermelon Lemon Zest

Ingredients

2 cups hot water

1 box Watermelon Jello

1 Zest from lemon

Preparation

Combine Jello powder and hot water. Stir until dissolved

Divide lemon zest into 12 Popsicle cups

Pour Jello mixture over zest in each cup

Freeze until firm
