Crepes Batter...Sweet Or Savoury

Crack eggs into a blender, add milk and melted butter or oil and blend until well combined,about 30 seconds

Refrigerate for 1/2 hr

Pour about 1/4 cup batter into pan ans quickly tilt and swirl batter to cover bottom of pan

Cook crepe for about 30 seconds, flip and cook for another 15 seconds

Repeat with remaining batter

If using immediately, once crepes are all made

I always make the crepes ahead of time and refrigerate them until needed

Making crepes is a lot easier than you think. This batter is made in the blender and can be seasoned or sweetened according to your needs. Fill them with anything you want. Nutella is a favourite for kids, but they are also delicious with sliced fresh fruit and whipped cream or made savoury and filled with chopped ham, cheese,chicken or seafood for an entree or appetizers....the possibilities are endless and yummy!
