Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Sage
Ingredients
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1/3 cup sage, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400

In a large bowl, toss thinly sliced sweet potatoes in olive oil, sage and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Transfer sweet potatoes to a large roasting pan.

Bake in preheated oven on middle rack for 30-35 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.

Serve warm.
