Stuffed Poblano

Ingredients

55 grams Cream cheese, (2oz)
55 grams Cheddar cheese, (2oz)
1 Chilli, diced
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Cumin to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Cut the pepper in half lenthwise and remove the seeds and veins. Mix the remaining ingredients together and place into the 2 halves of pepper. Place in the oven to heat and then serve.
