Creamy Tomato Tarragon Dressing
Ingredients
1/2 C mayonnaise
1/2 C yogurt
1/4 C minced fresh tomato (straight from the garden is ideal)
2 T minced fresh tarragon
1 t soy sauce
1 t hot sauce (optional)

Blend dressing ingredients together by hand or by food processor depending on whether you like it a little chunky or smooth.
