Ingredients
3 doz hot
peppers
, more or less, can use half red and half green if desired
7 mediums
Onions
2 tablespoons
Mustard seed
2 tablespoons
Salt
3 cups
Vinegar
3 cups
Sugar
Preparation
1
Grind
(or process) peppers and onions.
Mix
with mustard
seeds
,
salt
, vinegar and sugar.
Boil
30 minutes. Put in
sterilized
jars and
seal
.

(Alternately and to be safe, you
can
use
clean
, unsterilized jars and process for 15 min. in
boiling
water bath.)
