Chili Beer Churrasco
Ingredients
12 ounces filtered weizen beer
1 dried red chili, seeds removed
2 cups finely chopped white onion
2 bunches parsley, finely chopped

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a thick sauce forms.

Usually used with beef but may also be used with pork. Serving suggestion: "Coat a 2-pound flank steak and about 2 pounds spicy beef sausages with the sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate overnight. Grill the meat and sausages, and simmer any remaining sauce separately. Serve with the heated, thickened sauce."
