3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro optional
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or distilled vin
2 cloves garlic minced
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
