Lentil Nuggets

Ingredients
cup Brown lentils, rinsed
1 Bay leaf
cup Finely diced white onion
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1 small Russet potato, baked, peeled and mashed
2 teaspoons Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Dried thyme
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 pch Cayenne
Salt to taste
