Olive-Stuffed Meatballs
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup finely-chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely-chopped parsley
1 cup heavy cream
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon tomato paste

Place the meat in a mixing bowl; set aside.

Flatten each portion and place an olive in the center. Bring the edges of the patty around the olive to form a ball.
