Thai Tenderloin

Ingredients
pound Pork tenderloin
cup Molasses
cup Soy sauce
cup Thai red curry base
1 tablespoon Grated fresh ginger

Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Remove pork from marinade and discard marinade. Heat 1 Tbls oil in heavy ovenproof skillet. Brown pork about 3 minutes on each side. Transfer pork in skillet to oven and cook until done at 350 degrees (about 25 minutes). Slice and serve with Thai Tenderloin Sauce. (See recipe below)
