Ingredients
1 3/4 cups
olive oil
juice of one
lemon,
strained
2 fresh flat-leaf
parsley
sprigs, leaves only
1 small
shallot,
chopped
1 fresh
thyme
sprig, leaves only
1
bay leaf
Salt
and
pepper
Preparation

Combine the olive oil, lemon
juice,
parsley, shallot, thyme and bay leaf in a bowl and
season
with
salt
and pepper.

Marinate
meat or fish for 30 minutes.
