About
I am probably one of the healthiest eaters I know. I don’t eat sugar, processed foods, meats, dairy, use artificial flavorings, colorings, or sweeteners, the majority of the produce I buy is Organic, I only eat wild fish (and some farmed shrimp), and I rarely drink alcohol. However, my one guilty pleasure is frozen yogurt.
Yes, I said it. I know there is dairy in it, and yes, I do realize it has sugar (although I only buy the No-Sugar-Added kinds), but this is my one vice I just can’t get enough of. I don’t eat it every day, and I don’t eat large portions (like I did a couple years back), but this is the one thing I can’t seem to let go of. However, we are all allowed [at least one] guilty pleasure every now and again, so I really don’t feel that bad about it.
But guess what? I have found a homemade alternative which just might stop my late night Yogurtland excursions for good. What it is? It’s a 3-Ingredient Healthy Ice Cream, and it is delicious!
The Product: I have discovered a way to make a Homemade Healthy Ice Cream that is not only tasty, but good for you too. And the best part is it only takes 3 ingredients to make it. All you need is ½ cup of coconut milk, 1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. corn or tapioca starch (make sure it is Aluminum free!), and 1 ½ cups fruit or vegetable juice. You can also add fresh fruit pieces if you are into the texture thing, but you don’t have to.
