2 large basa fillets
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
oil for frying
1 large carrot, finely grated
2 spring onions, finely chopped

About
Tilapia or nile perch would also work well for this recipe.
You can flake the fish and use it as a filling for a fish wrap with some lettuce and tomatoes.
