Five Spice Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Five Spice Powder
1/2 cup Orange Marmalade
2 Cloves Garlic crushed
1/4 cup Sherry
2 tablespoons Molasses
Pepper to taste
2 Chicken Breast Halves Without Skin cubed
2 cups Mixed Vegetables
1 cup Brown Rice
2 cups Orange Juice

(found on a garlic web page) called for marinating an entire frying chicken,cut up, and baking at 350 degrees F for 60-75 minutes. But it makes a greatstir-fry.

Cook rice in orange juice. Prepare vegetables.
