Potato Lasagna

Ingredients

5 mediums Potatoes, peeled, sliced
1 can (15 oz) Tomato sauce
2 pounds Ground beef
1 medium Onion, chopped
teaspoon Oregano, dried
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 can (10 oz) Cheddar chese soup, undiluted

Preparation

Line a greased 9X13 pan with the potatoes. Brown ground beef and onions, drain. Pour over potatoes. Spread tomato sauce over ground beef, sprinkle with oregano. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes, remove from oven and spread on soup and sprinle with mozzarella cheese, bake an additional 20 minutes.
