Honey-Mustard Tenderloin

Ingredients

1 pound whl pork tenderloin, about 1
4 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1/2 teaspoon Paprika

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine ingredients; mix thoroughly. Coat tenderloin well with sauce. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally, until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F. Slice thinly to serve.
