Ingredients
1 package (10 oz.) frozen
blackberries
, thawed
2 cups
apple juice
1 cup blackberry sherbert
Preparation
1
Combine blackberries and apple
juice
in container of an electric
blender;
process until smooth. Pour through a wire-mesh strainer; discard
seeds
.

Return blackberry mixture to
blender;
add sherbet and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
