Mixed Cheese and Spring Onion Rolls

Ingredients
4 mediums Free-range eggs
200 mls Skimmed milk
40 grams Edam cheese, grated
1 tablespoon Pecorino cheese, (optional)
3 Spring onions, sliced
Preparation

Cut the top off each roll and pull out the soft bread from the center leaving a shell approximately 1cm / 1/2 inch thick. Place rolls on baking sheet.

Beat the eggs with the milk, add the cheeses and the spring onions.

Divide the mixture between the rolls.

Bake at 200 C/400 F 6 for 20 minutes or until the filling has set.

Serve hot or cold.
