Best Hummus Recipe

Ingredients

1 (15-oz) can chickpeas, NOT drained
1/2 cup tahini
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cloves garlic
5–10 drops hot sauce (optional)
Chopped fresh parsley and paprika for garnishing

Preparation

Place all ingredients except parsley and paprika into a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Dish and garnish with a little more olive oil, parsley, and paprika. Enjoy!
